Our team can assist with things like:

• Professional peer support from trained link workers who take a whole-family approach that recognises diverse family structures and relationships
• New Parent Programs like mother’s groups, pram walking groups, baby massage classes, and postnatal yoga
• Family Support Services like playgroups, parenting classes, breastfeeding support, and childcare assistance
• Social Programs & Services like parent-baby activities, community centres, cultural groups, recreational programs
• Support to Access Government & Health Services like Centrelink parenting payments, childcare subsidies, maternal health services, and family support programs

VillagePlus is provided at no cost to adults in the Northern Sydney PHN region who are pregnant or up to 12 months postpartum, and:

• Are experiencing social, emotional, or practical challenges related to the perinatal transition
• Are likely to benefit from increased social participation and community connection and
• Are able to engage with community-based supports and activities
