COORDINARE has partnered with PCCS to deliver our Social Rx® program across South Eastern NSW. This program will assist people access supports to be at their best, physically and mentally.
While Social Rx is described as a short-term program, its benefits are long lasting. Link workers help clients to improve the non-medical barriers affecting their lives, such as housing, social and community networks.
Social Rx helps clients to connect back into the community through social and community groups and physical activity programs, as well as offering support with applications for government services such as the NDIS and Centrelink.
